2020 Winter Newsletter
Things are Heating Up Here at Naples Reserve
Winter has just begun and so is the fun here at Naples Reserve! There is so much in store for us here in 2020, including the release of our final two neighborhoods, Bimini Isle and Crane Point, we released new amenities for our Casually Awesome residents and we continued our reputation as the best community at the Sand Dollar Awards.
Don’t Wait to Make a Move
In 2020, the final neighborhoods at Naples Reserve will be released. The moment has arrived to choose your perfect place! Bimini Isle will feature homes built by Stock Signature Homes. It’s the perfect neighborhood for buyers looking to unwind and relax with a view since more than 75% of homesites are lakefront. Or, you can start your next great adventure in the Crane Point neighborhood. Homes here built by Stock Signature Homes will be ideally situated next to the community’s mile-long rowing lane and one of two dog parks. Either choice will put you right in the middle of the action at Naples Reserve and let you create the home you’ve been dreaming about!
Naples Reserve already offers an unmatched, laid-back lifestyle, with amenities like the lakefront Match Point tennis and pickleball complex and a new community garden, where residents are already growing herbs, vegetables, and flowers. The community’s Island Club social center is home to everything, from a state-of-the-art fitness center and a lakeside firepit to an expansive, resort-style, zero-entry pool and community gathering spots, including the Chat ‘n Chill Tiki Bar. Ever so water-centric, Naples Reserve is the only community in the area where residents can pedal a Hydrobike around the lake.
There’s, even more, to come in 2020, when a slew of new amenities will open at the award-winning community. Those include the lakeside Kid’s Cove playground area, a community boat ramp, and Paws Awhile Dog Park, Naples Reserve’s second spot for residents and their four-legged friends.
The Spirit of Community
Neighbors quickly become friends at Naples Reserve. They might bond while stretching it out at a group fitness class or helping to tend the community garden. Maybe they meet during a Fire Pit Friday gathering or as part of Naples Reserve’s active (and winning!) pickleball league. There are all kinds of events and activities happening at Naples Reserve where a strong spirit of community and new friendships are fostered.
Still #1 and Having Fun
Everyone loves Naples Reserve. So, it’s no surprise that it’s the number-one-selling community in South Naples. It also continues to rack up the accolades, like 2019 Sand Dollar Awards from the Collier Building Industry Association for Community of the Year ($500,000 to $1 million) and Best Landscape Design (Over $1 million), and a 2019 Silver Aurora Award for Best Community Site Plan from the Florida Home Builders Association and Southeast Building Conference. People keep falling for the casually awesome way of life at Naples Reserve. Now’s the time to secure your spot before it’s too late!
