Naples Reserve unveiling new D.R. Horton villa model home
Naples Reserve is celebrating the opening of D.R. Horton’s Cambridge Villa model Saturday, March 18, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests are invited to enjoy refreshments and entertainment at Naples Reserve’s Island Club social center after touring the new model in Coral Harbor, a neighborhood of attached villa homes with two-car garages offering lake and preserve views and low-maintenance, easy Florida living.
The two-bedroom, two-bath plus den Cambridge Villa features a great room design that seamlessly blends dining and living areas in 1,519 air-conditioned square feet, while the lanai extends the home’s living space for alfresco entertaining. Using a palette of soft golds and off-whites with touches of merlot throughout the home, Mercedes Lopez of One of a Kind Design imparted a contemporary flair with neutral tile floors, gold-tone lighting fixtures, and glass and Lucite accent pieces to unify the main living spaces.
The kitchen’s creamy white cabinets are complemented with gold-flecked granite countertops and a breakfast bar, which offers additional casual seating. The den is shown as a home office with a love seat, Lucite desk and twin gold-painted wooden bookshelves. Offering dual walk-in closets, the master suite features a plush upholstered off-white headboard with metal accents and a romantic crystal chandelier. The guest room’s merlot headboard is flanked by matching gold nightstand lamps.
The Cambridge offers 2,109 total square feet and is priced from $284,990. D.R. Horton will offer 10 move-in ready villas in Coral Harbor by the end of April. D.R. Horton’s sales center at Naples Reserve is located in the Wheaton model, one of D.R. Horton’s five single-family home designs ranging from 2,368 to 3,461 square feet of living space in the Savannah Lakes neighborhood. The builder also offers five single-family floor plans ranging from 1,816 to 3,020 square feet of living space in the Egret Landing neighborhood.
D.R. Horton’s single-family homes in Naples Reserve are priced from low-$300’s and offer a choice of two architectural elevations, including professional landscaping, irrigation, high-efficiency air-conditioning systems, low-E insulated windows and doors, and additional energy saving features. The company is the largest homebuilder in the U.S. with more than 35 years of experience.
Naples Reserve’s $7 million Island Club social center features a 5,160-square-foot clubhouse and an adjacent 3,500-square-foot fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and a movement studio for spinning, Zumba and yoga. An expansive, resort-style zero-entry pool offers dedicated lap lanes and ample room for relaxation, while tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts await nearby at the nearly completed Match Point. Indoor and alfresco gathering areas include a lakeside fire pit and casual beverage and dining options at Chat ‘n Chill Tiki Bar and Latitudes Cafe. At the Outrigger Center, paddleboards, kayaks and canoes are available for use, and cruises on the community’s two Duffy boats depart from the center’s floating docks for residents to explore the 125-acre Eagle Lake and Kontiki Island.
Sixteen additional Naples Reserve model homes are available for viewing by Ashton Woods, D.R. Horton, Florida Lifestyle Homes, KTS Homes, Lundstrom Development, Marvin Development, McGarvey Custom Homes and Stock Signature Homes. Homes are priced from the high-$200s to more than $1 million.
Located in six of Naples Reserve’s 11 planned neighborhoods, fully decorated models built by Southwest Florida’s premier homebuilders offer three and four bedrooms, large outdoor areas with pools and spas, and 2,100 to more than 3,500 square feet of living space, the homes feature designer touches such as tongue-and-groove detailing, coffer and cove-lit ceilings, wood and stone flooring, granite and quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and luxury finishes.
With Southern Coastal-inspired homes, scenic vistas and resort-style amenities, Naples Reserve offers a lifestyle along the water’s edge. A mile-long stretch of lakefront along the community’s northern edge borders the Picayune Strand State Forest, a 76,000-acre state park with protected pinelands, cypress swamps, marshes and abundant wildlife.
Naples Reserve was conceived by iStar, named 2015 Developer of the Year by Builder and Developer magazine for its commitment to creating exceptional communities and lifestyles with an emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
