Stock Signature Homes Starts Construction of Move-In Ready Homes at Naples Reserve
Stock Signature Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, has started construction of furnished models and unfurnished, move-in ready homes at Naples Reserve. Four of the five models and two of the three move-in ready residences are scheduled for completion in January.

Naples Reserve is a 688-acre gated community being developed by iStar midway between Naples and Marco Island along the U.S. 41 East/Collier Boulevard corridor. Naples Reserve presents a relaxed, water themed lifestyle. The community features 22 interconnected man-made lakes that comprise 40-percent of site, the largest being the 54-acre Eagle Lake. Upon completion, the community will include approximately 1,154 lakefront residences. Naples Reserve features one- and two-story designs that reflect the community’s relaxed waterfront setting.
Stock Signature Homes is building in Naples Reserve’s Parrot Cay and Sparrow Cay neighborhoods. Parrot Cay takes advantage of the community’s water and preserve views. Twenty-six of the neighborhood’s residences will front a 300-by-800-foot lake at the center of Parrot Cay. Another 22 sites front the community’s 54-acre lake that is navigable by electric powered boats, kayaks and canoes.
Stock’s 2,947-square-foot under air Madison floor plan in Parrot Cay includes a great room and dining room that open to an outdoor living area and pool deck covered with marble pavers, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a study, an island kitchen, and a three-car garage. Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti, IDS created the Madison’s coastal transitional interior.
Soco Interiors’ Daniel Kilgore, ASID and design assistant Sirena Gilmore have created the interior for Stock’s Muirfield III model in Parrot Cay.
The 3,255-square-foot under air floor plan includes a living room that opens to an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, island bar, pool, spa, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a study, dining room, island kitchen and breakfast nook, and a three-car garage.
Kilgore has also created the interior for the Anastasia model in Sparrow Cay with 2,913 square feet under air. Nancy Peck, owner of Nancy Peck Interiors designed Stock’s Venice model in Sparrow Cay with 2,643 square feet under air.
Naples Reserve is planned for 1,154 lakefront single-family homes built by Southwest Florida’s premier homebuilders and priced from the $200’s to $1.6 million.
