Opening only a few miles away from Naples Reserve, Restaurant Row Naples will be a 7-acre development on the corner of Tamiami Trail and Collier Boulevard. Restaurant Row is a perfect accompaniment to Tamiami Square, a shopping plaza which houses Ross, Marshalls, Michaels, PetSmart, and Ulta, and the Shops at Eagle Creek and Triangle Plaza.

For residents of Naples Reserve, this is great news. Restaurant Row is part of the growth at the epicenter of one of the county’s busiest intersections. This exciting expansion of South Naples will be a go-to for residents who want to hang up their apron for an evening or go watch the big game on Sunday. Chilis, Five Guys and other local eateries are already in place, and new dining options continue to emerge.

The first eatery has opened its doors, and the developer of the 7-acre strip hopes to build eight or nine more restaurants on site, including Starbucks, Pei Wei Diner and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Three additional structures have yet to begin construction on Restaurant Row. Texas Roadhouse will occupy one of them, but the tenants for the other two have yet to be announced.

Drive-thru locations for the Starbucks coffee shop and Pollo Tropical grilled chicken chains are other eateries contracted so far to be a part of the project, and negotiations are in the works for other deals that will be signed soon, said Charlie Ladd, president of Barron Commercial Development. Amera-Barron, a venture of Coral Springs-based Amera Corp. and Fort Lauderdale-based Barron Commercial Development, plans an initial six pads with freestanding restaurants and multi-tenant buildings with smaller restaurants in them, Ladd said.

In addition, for those who enjoy fine cuisine from a variety of cultures or casual strolls through shops, Naples Reserve has nearby options. It is 10 minutes from downtown Naples and close to waterfront cafes for sunset dining or beautiful brunches at Marco Island. For more information and be updated on events click here.
